Having a list is NOT enough - that list MUST also be 
*RESPONSIVE*.  YES. Without being responsive to you, what you 
have is just that - a pile of names - having names and email 
addresses you can mail out sales picthes to (whether obvious or 
hidden), isn't what will make you money.  

The secret is in nuturing that list of names and addresses, until 
they practically hang on to your every word - until they are 
RESPONSIVE to your requests, recommendations, opinions and
especially your demands for their attention and even specific 
action, at times.  

That my dear friend is the lost secret for... PRINTING MONEY ON 
DEMAND. This is what 90% of your colleagues are completely 
ignoring. The good news is that now that YOU know what the 
missing link is, you can start on the right track, yourself.  

So, how can you start your own mailing list of RESPONSIVE 
prospects? It's simple.

All you have to do is earn their trust. How do you do that? Be 
honest with them. Be sincere when you talk to them, and always, 
always be ready to share with them when you find out something 
you know will greatly benefit them. That's it. 

You see, if there is anything I've learned, it is that "Trust Is 
Earned".  And the only way you can earn their trust is to give 
them a *reason* to like you. Sounds obvious. But 90% of folks do 
NOT follow these simple steps to winning their prospects over.
